前幾天在家湊巧轉到HBO正在放映救命援手，昆恩拉提法(Queen Latifah)飾演一位具有吸毒前科和愛滋病的母親，服務於愛滋病服務組織，透過她的經歷，深刻且直接地審視美國黑人社區所面對的HIV危機。電影的最後一幕在醫院的樓頂上，昆恩與HIV患者親屬們緩緩放開了手上的紅色氣球，象徵著那些已逝去走遠的人們。最後這段結局搭配的歌曲便是Kate Bush的This Woman's Work。

該曲是Kate Bush幫電影天下父母心 (She's having a Baby) 所寫，電影內容在描述一對年輕的夫妻如何為了婚姻以及小孩的降臨所做的犧牲與成長，直到男主角有一天在醫院被護士告知妻子難產並且母子都有危險。下面的MV便是擷取自電影，護士告訴凱文貝肯由於胎位不正，小孩的頭被卡住情況並不樂觀。

凱特布希曾在接受電視訪問時說過，在許多微不足道的小事上我們是如何的自己把事情搞砸....。
歌裡面的女人偏執 妄想，不停的藉由各種理由要知道丈夫是否忠貞，她用Babooshka的名字寫了信給她丈夫。
她一邊開心計謀成功卻又因為丈夫的反應而落淚。卻不知道丈夫正因為Babooshka像極了以前的她而動情。
雖然是個八股的題材，但是真好聽阿...

這麼神經質的kate bush叫我怎能不愛她呀!下面是收錄在1978年第一張專輯『The Kick Inside』裡面的 Wuthering Heights 應該很多人對這名詞不陌生，就是咆哮山莊的原文。 她在MV裡面扮演的是女鬼的角色。非常精采請大家一定要點來看阿~!

凱特布希（1958年7月30日出生）出道甚早，1978年她才十九歲時就已經以咆哮山莊（Wuthering Heights）一曲登上英國流行樂排行榜第一名。是英國最有原創力的歌手之一。她獨特的歌詞意境，女聲，影響了許多同期與當代的歌手與演唱者，如Pink Floyd,　Genesis, Tori Amos, Lily Allen, Björk（碧玉）, Coldplay, Sarah McLachlan, Sinéad O'Connor, Katie Melua等等。Kate Bush除了具有歌手基本的詞曲創作能力外，鋼琴、小提琴、舞蹈、默劇皆通。
